Two of them reach outward and start conversations; the third points inward and decides what deserves the effort. Same architecture problem underneath all three: state lives in one place, automation reads and mutates one thing at a time, and AI does the judgment work without ever becoming the thing that acts. Anything that can't be taken back still goes through a person.
